I will have some inspirations here about our need for Nature.
Sunshine and Nature Good for Moods
We were made for Nature and Nature was made for us. No wonder it benefits our Mood Levels.
Yes it makes us Peaceful and it makes us Happy. Plus it gives us a sense of Freedom.
Nature is also a good Anti-depressant, especially with Sunshine. It's natural and it's free!
